The Chaudhary Barlo Cream & Burgundy Sublimated Baseball Jersey combines traditional baseball pinstripes with a distinctive curved lower-body design. Burgundy sleeves and neckline complement the cream body, while charcoal accents define the sleeve stripes and sweeping graphic panels.

Fabric & GSM

Suggested main fabric: 100% polyester interlock, approximately 200 GSM, with a suggested selection range of 180–220 GSM. Its smooth knitted surface suits detailed sublimation artwork, including narrow pinstripes, lettering, and curved graphics.

An alternative is polyester birdseye or sports mesh, approximately 150–180 GSM, for a more open-textured construction.

GSM means grams per square metre and describes fabric weight. Final fabric composition, exact GSM, texture, and any moisture-management finish will be confirmed with the selected fabric sample before production.

Sublimation Printing

The proposed design uses dye-sublimation printing on a compatible polyester base. Heat transfers the dye into the fabric fibres, producing a flat printed finish.

The cream and burgundy colour layout, pinstripes, sleeve bands, baseball seam graphics, chest lettering, player names, and numbers can be included in the sublimation artwork. Printed panels are positioned before cutting and sewing to create the approved garment layout.

Team colours, artwork scale, and placement are confirmed during sample approval.

Stitching & Construction

Proposed construction includes:

• Overlocked internal shoulder, side, and armhole seams.
• Neatly attached round neckband with suitable stretch and recovery.
• Twin-needle or coverstitched sleeve and bottom hems.
• Matching thread colours for a coordinated finish.
• Careful positioning of printed panels during garment assembly.

Final seam construction and neckband material will follow the approved production sample.

Customization
