The Chaudhary Barlo Royal Blue Baseball Headband combines a bold team color with clean graphics and a simple pull-on shape. Its wide front panel displays your branding, while the continuous stretch-fabric construction creates a streamlined accessory for baseball and training outfits.
Design & Appearance
The design features a royal blue base, sweeping white accents with gold borders, and tonal baseball diamond graphics on both sides. A white CB monogram with a gold outline sits above Chaudhary Barlo lettering and smaller BASEBALL text.
The back has a clean blue finish with a central joining seam. Team logos, lettering, numbers, and alternative colors can be incorporated into a personalized design.
Fabric & GSM
The proposed material is polyester–spandex stretch jersey, selected for a soft feel, flexibility, and compatibility with suitable sublimation printing.
A suggested starting weight is 180–220 GSM. This is a proposed specification; final fabric composition, GSM, stretch recovery, and finishing must be confirmed through a production sample. Any moisture-management finish should be agreed with the selected fabric.
Sublimation Printing & Designing
The proposed design uses dye-sublimation on a compatible white polyester-rich fabric. The royal blue background, gold accents, tonal graphics, and branding are arranged in a complete artwork layout before cutting and sewing. White areas retain the white fabric base.
Sublimation produces a flat printed finish. The gold areas represent printed gold color rather than metallic foil. Artwork preparation should account for the headband’s stretch, seam allowance, and finished dimensions so the branding sits correctly when worn.
Approve a physical print sample to confirm colors, logo proportions, and graphic placement.
Stitching & Construction
The headband uses a continuous fabric loop with a central rear joining seam. Turned and stitched upper and lower edges provide a clean finish.
