Custom White & Navy Baseball Uniform
Bring your team’s identity to the field with a coordinated baseball jersey and knicker pants set from Chaudhary Barlo. The white base and navy detailing offer a traditional baseball appearance, with customization options for team lettering, player names, numbers, and logos.
Jersey Design
The short-sleeve jersey features a full button front with navy piping around the neckline, along the button placket, and at the sleeve edges. Chest lettering can be customized with your team name, while the back can display individual player names and numbers.
The “CHAUDHARY BARLO” chest lettering and “PLAYER 21” back design shown in the images are examples of personalization.
Knicker Pants Design
Matching white knicker pants finish just below the knees, with navy side piping to coordinate with the jersey. The proposed design includes belt loops, back pockets, and elasticated leg openings for a traditional baseball silhouette. Pants length, fit, and construction details can be discussed before production.

Tackle Twill Appliqué Lettering & Numbers
Tackle twill appliqué uses cut pieces of twill fabric stitched onto the jersey to form team names, player names, and numbers. It creates a layered, raised appearance commonly associated with traditional baseball lettering.
Single-layer or multilayer lettering can be discussed, including contrasting borders and coordinated team colors. The twill material, layer count, stitch finish, lettering dimensions, and placement must be confirmed in the order specifications.
Tackle twill appliqué is a separate decoration method from direct embroidery and sublimation.
Sublimation Printing
Dye-sublimation printing can be considered for compatible white or light-colored polyester fabrics. Heat transfers the dye into the polyester fibers, producing a flat finish for team graphics, names, numbers, and color patterns.
Sublimation does not create raised or stitched lettering. If a textured appearance is required, embroidery or tackle twill appliqué should be specified instead.
