The Chaudhary Barlo Forest Green & Cream Baseball Jersey combines traditional baseball styling with a distinctive coordinated design. Fine cream pinstripes run across the green body, while cream sleeves, a contrasting button placket, and gold accents complete the look.

Fabric Options & Suggested GSM
Polyester Interlock — 180–220 GSM:
A smooth knitted fabric option for detailed sublimation artwork and a clean jersey finish.

Polyester Sports Mesh or Birdseye — 150–180 GSM:
Alternative knitted fabric options with textured or more open structures. Fabric selection should suit the artwork, desired coverage, and garment feel.

Suggested starting specification:
100% polyester interlock at approximately 200 GSM, subject to availability and sample approval.

GSM means grams per square meter and describes fabric weight. Final composition, GSM, stretch, and any moisture-management finish will be confirmed before production.

Sublimation Printing
This design can be produced using dye-sublimation on a compatible white polyester base. The green body, cream pinstripes, gold-colored accents, geometric graphics, and personalized lettering can be incorporated into the print.

Sublimation creates a flat design within the polyester fibers. Gold details are printed gold-colored artwork rather than metallic foil. Artwork should be positioned carefully across the front opening so the lettering and graphics align when the jersey is buttoned.

Embroidery Options:
Direct embroidery can be requested for suitable team logos, sleeve emblems, or selected chest lettering. Stitched thread creates a textured finish, with artwork size, backing, and stitch density selected to suit the fabric.

Embroidery is an optional decoration method and should be specified in the quotation.

Tackle Twill Appliqué Options:
Tackle twill uses cut fabric letters, logos, or numbers stitched onto the jersey. It can be considered for the signature-style chest branding and large back names or numbers.

Single-layer or layered twill designs can provide contrasting outlines. Chest artwork must be divided and positioned appropriately around the functional button opening.

Stitching & Construction:
Proposed construction details include:

• Sewn shoulder and armhole seams for the set-in sleeves.
• Overlocked internal seams suitable for knitted fabrics.
• Secure button attachment and finished buttonholes.
• Appropriate support for the full-length button placket.
• Coverstitch or twin-needle finishing at suitable sleeve and bottom hems.
• Neatly finished neckline and curved hem.

Final seam construction, reinforcement, and thread specifications will follow the selected fabric and approved sample.
