The Chaudhary Barlo Maroon & Gold Baseball Jersey combines a classic two-button pullover style with a coordinated sublimation design. A maroon body, charcoal sleeves, and gold detailing create a recognizable team appearance for custom baseball orders.

Jersey Design

Fabric Options & Suggested GSM
Polyester Interlock — 180–220 GSM:
A smooth knitted fabric option for detailed sublimation artwork and a clean jersey finish.

Polyester Birdseye or Sports Mesh — 150–180 GSM:
Alternative knitted fabric options with textured or more open structures. The selected mesh should suit the artwork, coverage, and preferred feel.

Suggested starting specification:
100% polyester interlock, approximately 200 GSM, subject to fabric availability and sample approval.

GSM means grams per square meter and describes fabric weight. Final fiber composition, GSM, stretch, and any moisture-management treatment must be confirmed before production.

Sublimation Printing
The displayed design is intended for dye-sublimation printing on a compatible white polyester base. Maroon, charcoal, and gold-colored graphics are printed into the fabric, with the chest lettering and player details incorporated into the artwork.

Sublimation creates a flat finish without raised thread or fabric lettering. The gold areas are printed gold-colored graphics, not metallic foil. Final print colors and artwork placement will follow the approved sample.

Embroidery Options
Direct embroidery can be requested for suitable team logos, sleeve emblems, or selected chest lettering. It uses thread stitched into the garment to create a textured finish.

Artwork size, stitch density, and backing should be matched to the chosen fabric. Embroidery is an optional customization method and is not included in the pictured sublimated design unless specified in the order.

Tackle Twill Appliqué Options
Tackle twill can be considered for team names, signature lettering, or large back numbers. Cut twill fabric is stitched onto the jersey for a traditional raised baseball finish. Single-layer or layered lettering can be discussed according to the artwork and fabric.

Stitching & Construction
Proposed construction includes:

• Sewn shoulder and armhole seams for the set-in sleeves.
• Overlocked internal seams suitable for the knitted fabric.
• Coverstitch or twin-needle finishing at suitable sleeve and bottom hems.
• Secure button attachment and finished buttonholes.
• Reinforcement at the base of the short placket.
• Neatly finished neckline and curved hem.

Final seam types, thread specifications, and reinforcement will follow the selected fabric and approved production sample.
