The Chaudhary Barlo Black & Red Baseball Headband brings recognizable baseball graphics into a compact team accessory. Its black front highlights the white signature lettering, while red geometric patterns and printed baseball seam details wrap around the sides.
The continuous fabric loop slips over the head, with a central rear joining seam completing the construction. This design coordinates with baseball uniforms, practice shirts, and team training outfits.
Design & Custom Artwork
The design combines:
Team logos, names, player numbers, and alternative color combinations can be incorporated into the artwork. Graphic placement should be planned around the finished dimensions and seam allowances.
Fabric & GSM
The proposed material is polyester–spandex stretch jersey with a soft, flexible feel and a surface suitable for compatible sublimation printing.
A suggested starting weight is 180–220 GSM, subject to sample approval. Final fiber percentages, GSM, stretch recovery, and fabric finish must be confirmed before production. Any moisture-management finish can be discussed according to the available material.
Sublimation Printing
The proposed production method uses dye-sublimation on compatible white polyester-rich fabric. The black background, red patterns, and colored details are printed as a complete layout before cutting and sewing. White lettering and graphics retain the white fabric base.
Sublimation creates a flat printed finish that follows the fabric surface. The white baseball seam motifs are printed artwork; the actual construction stitching finishes the edges and joins the band at the back.
Approve a physical print sample to confirm black depth, red tone, lettering clarity, and artwork placement.
Stitching & Construction
The proposed headband features neatly turned upper and lower hems and a securely finished rear joining seam. Stretch-compatible stitching should be selected to suit the fabric’s movement.
Construction specifications should cover even hem width, consistent stitch spacing, smooth seam finishing, and clean thread trimming. The rear seam should be finished to minimize bulk against the head.
Sizing & Fit
Fit depends on the headband’s finished circumference and the stretch of the selected fabric. Youth and adult dimensions can be developed separately.
Provide your required head circumference, preferred band width, and quantity by size. Confirm the relaxed circumference, stretch allowance, and wearing comfort through a sample before finalizing production.
Quality Details
The approved sample and order specification provide the reference for fabric quality, printed colors, stitching, and dimensions.
