The Chaudhary Barlo Navy & Lime Pinstripe Baseball Hoodie combines classic baseball stripes with bright team colors. Thin lime lines run vertically across the navy body, sleeves and front kangaroo pocket. White chest lettering with a lime outline coordinates with the sleeve bands and contrasting hood lining.

The back displays “PLAYER” and number “21” as examples of personalization. Its pullover construction, long sleeves and adjustable hood suit team travel, warm-ups and casual teamwear.

Fabric Details — Proposed Specification
Suggested main fabric: 100% polyester fleece with a smooth outer face and brushed inner surface, selected for dye-sublimation compatibility.

The smooth face provides a suitable surface for fine pinstripes and detailed lettering. The brushed inside offers a soft feel. A compatible polyester lining is proposed for the hood, with matching polyester-based rib fabric for the cuffs and waistband.

Final fiber composition, fabric finish, stretch and printing suitability must be confirmed using the selected material sample.

Fabric Weight — GSM
Proposed main-body weight: 280 GSM.

GSM means grams per square metre and describes fabric weight. The hood lining and rib components may have different weights. Final GSM will follow the approved fabric specification.

Sublimation Printing
The navy background, lime pinstripes, sleeve bands, chest lettering and personalized back artwork are designed for dye-sublimation printing on a compatible white polyester base before assembly.

White lettering and bands remain reserved areas of the white base fabric. The printed design has a flat finish within the polyester fibers.

The mockup shows a bright fluorescent-style lime shade. Achieving a true fluorescent effect depends on the ink system, fabric and printing process; the final shade must be approved from a physical print sample.

Pinstripe placement should be planned across adjoining panels and the kangaroo pocket. Back names should sit below the resting hood for clear visibility.

Stitching and Construction — Proposed Specification

• Overlocked internal seams for neatly finished edges.
• Reinforced shoulder joins and pocket openings.
• Neatly stitched double-layer hood and drawstring openings.
• Secure stitching at the cuffs and waistband.
• Twin-needle or coverstitched finishing where appropriate.
• Matching navy thread for a coordinated appearance.

Final seam types and stitch density will follow the approved production sample.

Customization Options
Customize team colors, chest branding, player names, back numbers and sizes. “PLAYER 21” is sample personalization and can be replaced with your requested name and number.
