Fabric & GSM

Suggested main fabric: 100% polyester interlock, approximately 200 GSM, with a proposed weight range of 180–220 GSM. Its smooth knitted surface suits detailed sublimation artwork, including fine pinstripes, lettering, and number outlines.

Alternative fabric: polyester birdseye or sports mesh, approximately 150–180 GSM, for a more open-textured construction.

GSM stands for grams per square metre and describes fabric weight. Final composition, exact GSM, texture, stretch, and any moisture-management finish are confirmed with the selected fabric sample before production.

Sublimation Printing

The proposed design uses dye-sublimation printing on compatible white polyester fabric. Heat transfers dye into the fibres, creating the green panels, gold accents, pinstripes, team lettering, and player numbers with a flat printed finish.

White areas retain the base fabric colour. Gold details are printed gold-coloured artwork with a non-metallic finish.

Panels are printed before cutting and sewing, with artwork arranged to suit the garment pattern and size. Team colours, graphic placement, and lettering dimensions are confirmed during sample approval.

Stitching & Construction

Proposed construction includes:

• Overlocked internal shoulder, armhole, and side seams.
• Neatly joined V-neckband with a finished centre point.
• Twin-needle or coverstitched sleeve and bottom hems.
• Securely assembled side panels.
• Coordinated thread colours.
• Careful positioning of pinstripes and horizontal bands during assembly.
• A neatly finished curved hem.

Final neckband material, seam construction, and finishing details follow the approved production sample.
