Fabric & GSM

Suggested main fabric: 100% polyester interlock, approximately 200 GSM, with a proposed fabric weight range of 180–220 GSM. This smooth knitted fabric provides a suitable surface for detailed sublimation artwork and a clean jersey finish.

Alternative fabric: polyester birdseye or sports mesh, approximately 150–180 GSM, for a more open-textured construction.

GSM means grams per square metre and describes fabric weight. Final composition, exact GSM, texture, stretch, and any moisture-management finish will be confirmed with the selected fabric sample.

Sublimation Printing

The proposed design uses dye-sublimation printing on a compatible white polyester base. Heat transfers the dye into the fibres to create the navy and red colours, side-panel graphics, lettering, and number outlines. White artwork areas retain the white base colour.

This process produces a flat printed finish. Team names, logos, player names, and numbers can be incorporated into the approved artwork.

Garment panels are printed before cutting and sewing, with placement arranged to suit the pattern and selected sizes. Colours and graphic alignment are confirmed during sample approval.

Stitching & Construction

Proposed construction includes:

• Overlocked internal shoulder, armhole, and side seams.
• Carefully joined V-neckband with a neatly finished centre point.
• Twin-needle or coverstitched sleeve and bottom hems.
• Secure side-panel seams with coordinated thread colours.
• Careful positioning of printed sleeve bands and side graphics.
• A neatly finished curved hem.

Neckband material, seam construction, and finishing details follow the approved fabric and production sample.
