Fabric and GSM — Proposed Specification
Suggested fabric: 100% polyester stretch micro woven fabric with mechanical stretch. Its fine woven surface provides a smooth appearance suitable for this coach pullover design.

Target fabric weight: 150 GSM, subject to fabric availability and sample approval. GSM refers to the fabric weight in grams per square metre.

The final fiber composition, stretch characteristics, GSM, and finish must be confirmed before production. The images illustrate the intended appearance rather than verified fabric specifications.

Sublimation Printing
Custom colors, chest logos, and optional team graphics can be produced using dye-sublimation on a compatible white polyester fabric base before garment assembly.

For this gray-and-white design, the gray background is printed while the white lettering remains unprinted fabric. White artwork is not applied as white sublimation ink over a pre-dyed gray garment.

The proposed branding has a flat finish integrated into the fabric. Artwork scale, placement, and color references should be approved on a sample before production.

Stitching and Construction — Proposed Specification

• Lockstitched shoulder and side seams with overlocked internal edges.
• Neat topstitching around the collar and zipper opening.
• Reinforcement at the lower end of the zipper.
• Folded and stitched sleeve hems.
• Stitched bottom hem casing for the adjustable drawcord.
• Matching gray sewing thread for a coordinated finish.

Final seam construction and stitch density will follow the approved production sample.
