Fabric Details — Proposed Specification
Suggested main fabric: 100% polyester fleece with a smooth outer face and brushed inner surface, selected for compatibility with dye-sublimation printing.

The smooth outer surface provides a suitable base for detailed team graphics, while the brushed inside offers a softer feel. Matching polyester-based rib fabric is proposed for the cuffs and waistband, with final composition and recovery requirements confirmed before production.

The fabric specification describes a proposed production option. Fiber content, inner finish and suitability for printing must be verified using the selected material sample.

Fabric Weight — GSM
Suggested main-body weight: 280 GSM.

GSM means grams per square metre and indicates fabric weight. This proposed weight applies to the main body fabric; hood lining and rib components may have different weights.

Final GSM will follow the approved fabric sample and order specification.

Sublimation Printing
The design is intended for dye-sublimation printing on a compatible white polyester base before the garment panels are assembled. The navy background, gold details, diagonal patterns, baseball motifs and personalized lettering form a flat printed finish within the fabric.

White lettering and stripes are reserved areas of the white base fabric. Gold is represented by a printed color rather than a metallic finish.

Customization can include:
