The Chaudhary Barlo Navy White & Gold Baseball Coach Pullover brings a distinctive team look to practice sessions and sideline outfits. A broad white band with gold borders runs across the chest and back, while tonal geometric graphics add detail along the lower sides. Fabric Details
Proposed material: 100% polyester stretch micro woven fabric with mechanical stretch.

The intended fabric has a fine woven structure, smooth surface and lightweight drape to complement the relaxed coach pullover shape. A sublimation-compatible fabric should be selected and sampled before production.

Final fiber composition, stretch, finish and fabric weight will follow the approved material specification.

Fabric Weight — GSM
Proposed target: 150 GSM.

GSM means grams per square metre and describes the weight of the fabric. This is a suggested production specification, not a measurement taken from the design images. The final GSM must be confirmed against the selected fabric.

Sublimation Printing
The navy background, gold borders, tonal side graphics and custom branding are designed for dye-sublimation printing on a compatible white polyester base.

The white bands and lettering are reserved areas of the white base fabric. The gold details use a printed gold color rather than a metallic finish.

Sublimation produces a flat design within the polyester fibers, without a raised surface layer. Garment panels are printed before assembly, with artwork placement planned to align the chest, back and sleeve details.

Team colors, logos and optional back artwork can be customized. Final colors and print alignment should be approved through a production sample.

Stitching and Construction
Proposed construction includes:

• Lockstitched shoulder, armhole and side seams.
• Overlocked internal seam edges for a tidy finish.
• Neat topstitching around the stand collar and zipper opening.
• Reinforcement at the base of the quarter zipper.
• Folded and stitched sleeve hems.
• A stitched bottom casing for the adjustable drawcord.
• Matching navy thread for a coordinated appearance.

Final seam types and stitch density will follow the approved garment sample.
