Custom Camo Baseball Cap with Sublimation & 3D Embroidery – Chaudhary Barlo.

The Chaudhary Barlo Custom Camo Baseball Cap combines detailed printing with textured embroidery. Charcoal front panels provide a clean background for the lime green CB logo, while geometric camouflage across the sides, back and visor creates a coordinated baseball look.

Design Details
The illustrated design features:

• A structured six-panel crown.
• Solid charcoal front panels.
• Charcoal and gray camouflage with lime accents.
• Raised lime green CB embroidery.
• Smaller white embroidered brand lettering.
• A curved visor with matching lime edge trim.
• Stitched ventilation eyelets and a covered top button.
• An adjustable black snapback closure.

Fabric Options
Fabric selection can be discussed according to the desired appearance, structure and printing method.

Soft-Shell Fabric
A suitable soft-shell fabric can be considered for a smooth outer appearance and a flexible feel. Its thickness, backing and ability to hold the cap’s shape should be checked during sampling. Sublimation requires a compatible polyester face that can tolerate the printing process.

Dot-Mesh Soft-Shell Fabric
A dot-textured or mesh-style soft-shell option can be considered for selected crown panels. Please provide a swatch or confirm the exact fabric construction, as these trade names can describe different materials. Actual ventilation depends on whether the selected fabric is open mesh, perforated or backed.

Polyester Mesh
Polyester mesh can be considered for side and rear panels when a more open construction is preferred. This would create a mesh-panel variation of the displayed cap. Print detail and color coverage depend on the mesh structure.

Denim / Jeans Fabric
Denim can be considered for a casual, textured version, particularly for the front panels and visor. Conventional cotton denim is suitable for embroidery but is not suitable for standard polyester dye-sublimation printing. A denim-front design can be combined with separate sublimation-compatible polyester panels.

These are alternative material options; they are not all included in one cap unless specified.

Fabric Weight — GSM
Final GSM should be selected according to the chosen fabric, crown structure and intended fit. Front panels, mesh panels and visor coverings may use different materials and weights.

Confirm fiber composition, GSM, backing and fabric finish before production. The weight cannot be established from the design images alone.

Sublimation Printing
The camouflage artwork is intended for dye-sublimation on compatible white or light-colored polyester fabric before assembly. The printed colors and graphics have a flat finish within the fabric.

Sublimation can be used for:

• Camouflage and geometric patterns.
• Team colors and custom graphics.
• Printed names, numbers and sponsor details.
• Coordinated side, rear and visor artwork.

The raised front logo is a separate embroidered decoration. A printed sample should be approved to confirm color, pattern scale and fabric compatibility.

Embroidery Details
The displayed CB logo has a raised, 3D embroidered appearance. Smaller white brand lettering uses a flatter embroidered finish.

Decoration options to discuss include:

• 3D puff embroidery for suitable bold logos.
• Flat embroidery for smaller text and detailed artwork.
• Embroidered team initials.
• Player numbers or initials on a suitable side or rear position.

Final logo size, thread colors, stitch density and backing should be confirmed through an embroidery sample. Small lettering and fine details may require flat embroidery instead of a raised finish.

Stitching & Construction
The proposed construction includes joined crown panels, neatly finished internal seams and evenly spaced rows of stitching across the visor.

Construction details to confirm include:

• Front-panel reinforcement for the structured shape.
• Secure visor-to-crown attachment.
• Finished internal seam tape.
• Neatly attached inner sweatband.
• Reinforced closure attachment points.
• Cleanly stitched ventilation eyelets.
• Consistent embroidery placement and trimmed threads.

Fitting & Adjustment
The cap uses an adjustable snapback closure to allow fit adjustment within its specified size range. A structured crown and curved visor create the illustrated baseball silhouette.

Adult and youth sizing can be discussed. Confirm head circumference, crown depth, visor length and closure range before production.

For sizing, measure around the head where the cap will sit, just above the eyebrows and ears. Adjustable does not mean that one size will fit every wearer.
