Bring your team identity into every detail with the Chaudhary Barlo Custom Sublimated Baseball Tie Headband. Designed to coordinate with baseball uniforms and training apparel, this headband combines bold printed artwork with a soft fabric construction and a practical tie-back shape.
Design & Appearance
The design features a black background with sweeping lime and orange stripes that continue onto the tie ends. A white CB monogram and Chaudhary Barlo lettering create a clear focal point on the front. The wide front panel tapers towards two fabric ends that tie behind the head.
Team colors, logos, player names, and numbers can be incorporated into a personalized artwork layout.
Fabric & GSM
The proposed material is polyester–spandex stretch jersey, selected for its flexible feel and suitability for compatible sublimation printing.
A suggested starting specification is 180–220 GSM, subject to sample approval. Final fiber percentages, fabric weight, stretch, thickness, and finishing should be confirmed before production. Moisture-management finishes can be discussed according to the selected material.
Sublimation Printing
The proposed design uses dye-sublimation on a compatible white polyester-rich fabric. The black background, colored graphics, and branding are developed as a complete print layout before the fabric is cut and sewn. White logo areas remain unprinted to retain the white fabric base.
Sublimation produces a flat printed finish without a raised decorative layer. Artwork scale and placement are planned to suit the front panel, tapered sides, and tie ends.
The bright lime and orange appearance should be approved using a physical print sample. Actual fluorescent effects depend on the available inks and fabric.
Stitching & Construction
The proposed construction includes neatly turned and stitched edges around the headband and tie ends. A stretch-compatible stitch should be selected to allow the seams to move with the fabric.
Production specifications should address even seam allowance, tidy thread trimming, secure stitching at stress points, and a smooth edge finish. The rear closure uses the fabric ties shown in the design.
Sizing & Fit
The tie-back design allows the wearer to adjust the fit within the headband’s finished length. Youth and adult dimensions can be discussed separately.
Please provide the required head circumference, preferred front width, and tie length. Final measurements and fit should be checked on an approved sample before confirming a team order.
