The Chaudhary Barlo Navy Pinstripe Baseball Tie Headband brings traditional baseball styling into a personalized team accessory. Its deep navy background, fine white stripes, and red accents pair naturally with baseball jerseys and training outfits.
The wide fabric front provides space for team branding, while two tapered ends tie behind the head to adjust the fit.
Design & Artwork
The front features white signature-style Chaudhary Barlo lettering, a red underline, and smaller BASEBALL text. Red printed baseball seam graphics frame the branding. White pinstripes continue across the headband and onto the pointed tie ends, finished with contrasting red and white bands.
Personalize the design with your team name, logo, player number, or preferred color combination. Artwork placement and proportions can be discussed to suit the finished headband dimensions.
Fabric & GSM
The proposed fabric is a polyester–spandex stretch jersey with a soft, flexible feel and a surface suitable for compatible sublimation printing.
A suggested fabric weight is 180–220 GSM, subject to sample approval. This is a proposed production range, not a measured specification from the images. Final fiber percentages, GSM, stretch recovery, and fabric finish should be confirmed before ordering.
Sublimation Printing
The proposed artwork is dye-sublimated onto a compatible white polyester-rich fabric before cutting and sewing. The navy background, red graphics, and colored details form part of the print layout, while the white lettering and pinstripes retain the white fabric base.
Sublimation creates a flat finish, allowing detailed graphics to follow the fabric surface. The red baseball “stitches” are printed design elements; the actual construction stitching runs along the finished fabric edges.
A physical print sample should be approved to confirm navy depth, red tone, lettering clarity, and stripe placement.
Stitching & Construction
Neatly turned and stitched edges finish the headband and both tie ends. The proposed construction uses stretch-compatible stitching so the seams can move with the selected fabric.

Sizing & Fit
The fabric ties allow adjustment within the headband’s finished length. Youth and adult dimensions can be developed separately according to the required head circumference.
