The Chaudhary Barlo Navy Pinstripe Baseball Batting Gloves combine traditional baseball graphics with contrasting white leather panels. Fine white lines run through the navy fabric, while red printed baseball seam motifs add detail along the fingers and sides.
The full-finger design features shaped leather overlays, molded CB branding, and adjustable wrist straps. Its coordinated navy, white, and red palette complements both classic baseball uniforms and modern training apparel.
Design & Appearance
A broad white leather panel frames the navy CB logo on each backhand. Light blue borders highlight the molded branding, while individual white leather reinforcement strips follow the finger backs.
The printed navy sections remain visible between the leather panels, creating a balanced contrast of pattern and texture. Matching wrist badges display Chaudhary Barlo lettering.
Leather Details
The proposed construction uses supple white leather for the palms and selected backhand, thumb, and finger panels. The palm concept includes shaped reinforcement around the thumb base and heel of the hand.
Sheepskin or goatskin can be discussed as leather options. Final leather type, grade, thickness, and finish should be confirmed through sampling. Leather thickness is specified separately from the GSM of the textile sections.
Shiny Lycra / Stretch Fabric
The proposed backhand fabric is a lustrous polyester–elastane stretch knit, commonly described as shiny Lycra. It provides flexible fabric sections between the leather overlays, with a subtle sheen that contrasts with the leather surface.
Final fiber composition, fabric weight (GSM), stretch recovery, and finish must be confirmed before production. These specifications cannot be measured from the design images.
Sublimation Printing & Designing
The navy background, white pinstripes, and red baseball seam motifs are proposed as a sublimation design on compatible white polyester-rich fabric. The artwork is printed before the panels are cut and sewn, with white areas retaining the fabric’s original base color.
The red baseball “stitches” are flat printed graphics. Construction stitching, leather panels, and molded rubber logos are separate elements.
Custom artwork can include alternative team colors, stripe spacing, names, numbers, or different graphics. A physical print sample should confirm color, scale, and placement.
Molded Rubber Logos
Each backhand features a raised navy CB logo with a light blue border. The wrist strap carries a coordinating Chaudhary Barlo badge.
Custom molded branding can be discussed in your preferred shape, size, colors, and relief height. Final rubber material, flexibility, attachment method, and any mold charges should be confirmed during development.
Stitching & Construction
The proposed design uses neatly stitched leather overlays, shaped finger sections, and flexible fabric between the panels. Double-row stitching defines selected leather edges shown in the mockup.

Palm & Wrist Closure
The proposed palm uses white leather with targeted reinforcement and small finger perforations. Palm thickness, reinforcement coverage, and perforation placement can be refined during sample development.
An adjustable hook-and-loop wrist strap allows the cuff fit to be tightened or loosened. Grip feel and finger movement should be evaluated with a sample using the intended bat.
Sizing & Fit
Youth and adult sizing can be discussed separately. For accurate sizing, provide hand circumference around the knuckles, excluding the thumb, and hand length from the wrist crease to the middle fingertip.
Confirm finger lengths, palm width, cuff fit, and size quantities before production. The intended fit is close to the hand while allowing comfortable movement.
