The Chaudhary Barlo Pink & Cyan Pinstripe Baseball Hoodie combines traditional baseball lines with a bright color scheme. Thin cyan stripes run across the hot pink body, sleeves and kangaroo pocket. White signature lettering with a cyan outline completes the front, while “PLAYER” and number “21” demonstrate back personalization.

Fabric Details — Proposed Specification
Suggested main fabric: 100% polyester fleece with a smooth outer face and brushed inner surface, selected for compatibility with dye-sublimation printing.

The smooth face provides a suitable surface for fine pinstripes, lettering and team graphics. The brushed inside offers a soft feel. Compatible polyester fabric is proposed for the hood lining, with matching polyester-based rib material for the cuffs and waistband.

Final fiber composition, finish, stretch and printing suitability must be confirmed against the selected fabric sample.

Fabric Weight — GSM
Proposed main-body weight: 280 GSM.

GSM means grams per square metre and describes fabric weight. This target applies to the main body fabric; hood lining and rib components may have different weights. Final GSM will follow the approved material specification.

Sublimation Printing
The pink background, cyan pinstripes, sleeve bands, chest branding and back personalization are designed for dye-sublimation printing on a compatible white polyester base before assembly.

White lettering and bands remain reserved areas of the white base fabric. The artwork forms a flat finish within the polyester fibers.

The mockup shows fluorescent-style pink and cyan colors. Their final brightness depends on the selected ink system, fabric and printing process. A physical print sample is required to approve the colors and confirm whether a true fluorescent effect can be achieved.

Pinstripe alignment should be planned across adjoining panels and the kangaroo pocket. Back names should sit below the resting hood for clear visibility.

Stitching and Construction — Proposed Specification

• Overlocked internal seams for neatly finished edges.
• Reinforced stitching at shoulder joins and pocket openings.
• Neatly stitched double-layer hood and drawstring openings.
• Secure attachment of ribbed cuffs and waistband.
