The Chaudhary Barlo Plain Soft-Shell Baseball Cap features a simple six-panel design with a smooth charcoal exterior. Matching stitching, a covered top button and a curved visor create a versatile style for baseball teams, clubs and branded collections.

The displayed cap is plain, without printed graphics or an embroidered logo. Decoration can be specified separately for custom orders.

Fabric Details — Smooth Outside, Dotted Inside
The requested material is soft-shell fabric with a smooth outer surface and a fine dotted, mesh-style texture on the inside.

The dotted texture is on the reverse of the fabric; the outside remains plain. It should not be confused with an open-mesh trucker-cap construction. Actual ventilation, stretch and softness depend on the selected material.

Confirm the exact fabric using a swatch before production, including its fiber composition, backing and finish.

Fabric Weight — GSM
Final GSM will depend on the selected soft-shell material. Fabric weight, thickness and flexibility should be approved together to achieve the required cap shape and fit.

The design images do not establish a measured GSM. Any stretch, moisture-management or water-resistant properties must be confirmed for the chosen fabric.

Alternative Fabric — Denim / Jeans
Denim can be considered for a separate version with a more pronounced woven texture. It can be used for the crown and visor covering, with suitable support and finishing.

Conventional cotton denim is suitable for embroidery but is not suitable for standard polyester dye-sublimation printing. Fabric choice and decoration method should therefore be agreed together.

Design & Construction
The illustrated cap includes:

• Plain charcoal coloring.
• A six-panel crown.
• A gently curved visor.
• Matching panel and visor stitching.
• Stitched ventilation eyelets.
• A fabric-covered top button.
• An adjustable black snapback.
• Internal seam tapes and an inner sweatband.

Alternative colors, crown depth, visor shape and closure options can be discussed during development.

Sublimation Printing Options
Sublimation can be considered when the selected soft-shell fabric has a compatible polyester outer face and can withstand the printing process.

Custom designs may include team graphics, camouflage, color panels, names and numbers. For clear, full-color results, artwork is normally printed onto compatible white or light-colored polyester before assembly. Standard sublimation does not print opaque white or bright artwork over an already dark charcoal fabric.

The plain charcoal cap shown is a design reference; a sublimated version requires separate fabric and artwork approval.

Embroidery Options
Add your team or company identity with embroidery on an approved position.

Options to discuss include:

• Flat embroidery for logos and lettering.
• 3D puff embroidery for suitable bold designs.
• Team initials on the front.
• Small player numbers on a side panel.
• Rear lettering positioned above the adjustment opening.

Embroidery size, backing and stitch density should be sampled on the selected soft-shell fabric to check appearance, puckering and comfort. The displayed plain cap does not include logo embroidery.

Stitching & Finishing
The proposed construction uses tonal stitching along the crown seams and evenly spaced stitching rows across the visor. Internal seam tapes cover the panel joins, while the sweatband finishes the lower inside edge.

Production checks should cover:

• Consistent panel alignment.
• Secure visor attachment.
• Neat seam finishing.
• Secure snapback attachment.
• Clean eyelet stitching.
• Trimmed threads and an evenly attached sweatband.

Front-panel reinforcement or a softer construction can be specified according to the desired fit.

Fitting & Sizing
The adjustable snapback allows the cap to be tightened or loosened within its confirmed size range. Crown depth and panel shape also affect how it sits on the head.

Adult and youth sizes can be discussed. Confirm head circumference, crown depth, visor length and adjustment range before ordering.

Measure around the head just above the eyebrows and ears, where the cap will sit. An adjustable closure does not guarantee that one size fits every wearer.
