The Chaudhary Barlo Puzzle Print Baseball Batting Gloves combine colorful artwork with a clean white leather finish. Red, blue, navy, and yellow puzzle graphics cover the exposed stretch fabric, while shaped leather overlays give the gloves a defined, coordinated appearance.
Designed as a left-and-right pair, the gloves feature full-length fingers, contrasting material textures, and prominent Chaudhary Barlo branding.
Design & Appearance
The backhand features a broad white leather overlay with a raised red-and-white CB rubber logo. Individual leather strips run along the finger backs, leaving the printed fabric visible around them. Matching white wrist straps carry Chaudhary Barlo lettering.
The colorful puzzle pattern creates a recognizable design that can be adapted to your team colors or brand identity.
Leather Details
The proposed construction uses supple white leather for the palm and selected backhand and finger panels. The palm design includes shaped reinforcement around the thumb base and heel of the hand.
Sheepskin or goatskin can be discussed as material options. Final leather type, grade, thickness, finish, and reinforcement placement must be confirmed before production. Leather selection should balance flexibility, feel, and durability for the intended use.
Shiny Stretch Fabric / Lycra
The exposed backhand areas use a proposed shiny polyester–elastane stretch fabric, commonly described as shiny Lycra. Its flexible structure allows the printed areas to move with the hand, while the sheen contrasts with the textured leather.
Final fiber composition, GSM, stretch recovery, and surface finish should be selected through a physical sample. A confirmed GSM cannot be determined from the design images.
Sublimation Printing & Custom Designing
The puzzle artwork is proposed as dye-sublimation on compatible white polyester-rich stretch fabric. The colored graphics are printed before the panels are cut and assembled, leaving the white background visible between the puzzle shapes.
The sublimation applies to the fabric sections. The white leather overlays and molded rubber logos are separate components.
Custom artwork can include different patterns, team colors, names, or printed numbers. Approve the print scale, color sample, and placement before production.
Raised Rubber Logos
The design features a molded CB logo on each leather backhand panel and a matching branded badge on the wrist strap. Raised red lettering against a white base gives the branding a clear, dimensional appearance.
Logo dimensions, relief height, flexibility, colors, and attachment method can be discussed. The final rubber compound and fastening process should be confirmed during sample development.
Stitching & Construction
The proposed construction combines leather overlays with stretch-fabric panels and shaped finger sections. Neat edge stitching defines the leather panels, with double-row stitching used in selected areas shown in the design.

Sizing & Fit
Youth and adult sizing can be discussed according to your order requirements. For accurate development, provide hand circumference around the knuckles, excluding the thumb, and hand length from the wrist crease to the tip of the middle finger.
Confirm the size chart, finger lengths, palm width, and cuff fit before ordering. These gloves are intended to fit closely while allowing comfortable finger movement.
