Fabric & Material Options
Suggested outer material: tightly woven polyester Oxford suitable for dye-sublimation printing. A sublimation-compatible 600D polyester construction can be considered, subject to material sampling.

Suggested supporting materials include polyester lining, mesh-covered foam padding for the back and shoulder straps, and woven webbing for handles and adjustment straps. Additional reinforcement can be specified for the base and high-stress areas.

600D describes yarn denier, not fabric GSM. Final fabric weight, weave, coating, lining and reinforcement specifications should be confirmed with the approved material sample. Any water-resistant finish must be specified separately.

Full Sublimation Printing
The design is intended for sublimation on compatible polyester outer panels before assembly. Navy coloring, white pinstripes, red accents, logos and personalized details form a flat printed finish.

“All-over sublimation” refers to the printable fabric panels. Zippers, buckles, webbing and breathable back mesh remain separate functional components. Artwork placement and color matching should be approved on a sample before bulk production.

Player Name & Number Options

Storage & Functional Design
The illustrated concept includes:

• Main zip compartment for baseball equipment and clothing.
• Front zip pocket for smaller accessories.
• Two side bat sleeves with upper retaining straps.
• Lower zip compartment intended for separate footwear storage.
• Ventilation eyelets on the lower compartment.
• Padded shoulder straps with adjustable webbing.

Stitching & Construction
The proposed construction uses neatly finished panel seams, reinforced handle and shoulder-strap attachment points, and secure stitching around pockets and zipper openings. Internal seam binding and additional reinforcement can be specified where required.

Pinstripe alignment, print placement and balanced panel assembly should be checked against the approved sample.
